The Midwifery Technician is an educational program specialized in the field of health care. The program aims to provide students with the necessary and basic knowledge and skills to assist women in all aspects of their health care during pregnancy and childbirth and to provide health advice and guidance regarding nutrition, activity, and general care for pregnant women. The students also learn how to assist women in the natural birth process and in the early stage from labor until the birth of the child with primary care for the child.

Capabilities of the Graduate
  1. The ability to evaluate and care for women: The graduate must be able to evaluate women’s health and diagnose normal and pathological conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and the period Postpartum. The graduat should be able to provide comprehensive health care to women and apply the necessary medical protocols.
  2. The ability to manage childbirth and deal with complications: The graduate must be able to carry out and manage natural births and deal with possible complications that may arise during childbirth. The graduate must be familiar with safe practices and medical procedures followed in emergency situations.
  3. Health advice and guidance: The graduate must have effective communication skills to provide health advice and guidance to women on general gynecological care, including family planning, breastfeeding, proper nutrition and infant care.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: The graduate must be able to communicate and interact effectively with women and their families. The graduate must deal with women with sensitivity and respect and build trusting relationships with them. Where they conduct research and publish scientific studies
