Academic Services

Academic Advising:

  • Providing academic advice to students to help them choose the appropriate study paths.
  • Organizing workshops and lectures to help them develop study skills.

Study data and academic records:

  • Providing information on everything related to the field of study, courses, academic records, procedures for transferring between academic levels, and failure in study.
  • Technical support to help students deal with the university’s electronic portals and student services.

Scholarships:

  • Comprehensive information about available scholarships, application requirements, and deadlines.

Administrative Services

Issuance of certificates and documents:

  • Procedures for requesting certificates, transcripts, course grades, financial statements, and other academic documents.

University transfers:

  • Transfer from other colleges or universities to September 21 University and transfer between colleges and specializations within the university.

Tuition fees:

  • Details about tuition fees, payment methods, and repayment policies.

Technology Services

  • Electronic Portal: Directing students to use the university’s electronic portal to access study materials and academic services.

Unified System for Student Affairs (SAR)

The Unified Student Affairs System provides an integrated set of student services, including level data, grade tracking, and academic status review.

How to enter

  • Log in to the university’s official website.
  • Select “Unified System for Student Affairs (SAR)” from the Student Services menu.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • If you forget your password, you can regain access by referring to the “Student Affairs Department” at the university.

Electronic system for administrative transactions

This system is used to facilitate administrative procedures, such as grievance requests, transfer of specializations, filing complaints and all other student requests.

How to enter

  • Log in to the university’s official website.
  • Select “Electronic System for Administrative Transactions” from the main menu.
  • Enter your credentials (username and password).
  • Make sure to register your personal data in the system upon first registration to ensure a smooth procedure.

University Digital Library

The digital library is one of the most important academic resources, as it allows students to access a wide range of books, journals, and scientific research.

How to get there

  • Visit the university’s official website and enter the “Digital Library” section.
  • Log in using your student account details.
  • You can search for study materials using keywords, book titles, or author names.
  • The system also provides options to download materials and read them online.

If you encounter any problems while using the digital library, you can contact the technical support team via email or by visiting the General Administration of Libraries at the university.
