Sana’a – Vice rector for academic affairs, assistant secretary general of Yemeni council for medical specialties, Professor Mutaia Abu-oraij, returned to Sana’a after he had actively participated as a member and supervisor in the meetings and the exam committee at Arab scientific council for dermatology and venereology. His participation was a response to an official invitation sent by Arab council for medical and health specialties at Arab League.The meetings and exams were held at the Egyptian fellowship in Cairo, Egypt, during the period from December 1 to 9, 2022.

So, the number of applicants who took the practical and oral exam was 102 doctors form Arab countries, including 11 doctors form Yemen.

It is worth mentioning that Professor Abu-Oraij, the head of the scientific council – general coordinator of Arab and Yemeni fellowship for derma-venenreology specialties in Yemen, participated actively as a representative of the Yemeni council for health and medical specialties. He also has participated in a lot of conferences and he was honoured with certificates and shields for his great achievement.
