Sana’a – His Excellency the rector of the university Professor Mojahed Ali Measar chaired today the kick-off meeting of the specification committee of medical doctorate program.

In the meeting which was attended by vice-rector for graduate studies and scientific research Professor Salim Al-Reyashi, vice-rector for academic affairs Professor Mutaia Abu-Oraij, vice-rector for student affairs Professor Khaled Al-Moayyed, dean of faculty of medicine Professor Salwa Al-Qumairi and her deputies, secretary-general Mr. Abdul-Qaher Al-Asali, heads of departments, secretary of faculty of medicine Mr. Abdulkareem Al-Akhali and the program supervisors, they discussed the main points of MD Program that included the process of preparing program, system and duration of the program.

They approved the main committees of specification of medical doctorate program as well as the action points and the timelines of the coming period. By the end of the meeting, they hope they will have come up with deliverables for getting the program off the ground and a full to do list.
