Sana’a – Under the auspices of His Excellency the rector of the university, Prof. Mojahed Ali Measar, and under the supervision of the dean of the faculty of laboratory medicine, represented by the dean of the faculty, Prof. Ibtisam Al-Zabeedi, a ceremony was hold today for honoring the staff, the winners of the scientific competition( the seventh batch), members of the scientific committee and the classes’ masters at the faculty.
The honoring ceremony was organized by the student forum.

In the ceremony, which was attended by the assistant to vice rector for academic affairs, Prof. Jamil Mujalli, assistant to vice rector for student affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Droubi, and the two deputy deans of the faculty of laboratory medicine and deputy dean of the faculty of clinical pharmacy, His Excellency the rector of the university, Professor Mojahed Ali Measar appreciated the preparation and organization of that event, which is considered a positive motivation for working hard, and scientific and practical creativity supported and followed up by deanship of the faculty, stressing that honoring the staff is a recognition of the educational, administrative and technical efforts exerted by the faculty staff as well as the fruits of science , knowledge and experience over years.

Professor Measar hailed the students of the forum, scientific committees and the students of the seventh batch who seek enthusiastically to create a positive competition in the field of science and to work in the homeland and students’ favour in general.
His Excellency Professor Measar added, “We hope that you and all students at different faculties and levels will continue in this path, which will undoubtedly be an incentive for the rest of the batches and faculties to adopt this positive approach.”

For her part, Prof. Ibtisam Al-Zabeedi, dean of the faculty of laboratory medicine, welcomed HisExcellency the rector and the attendees in that honoring event, which would reflect the team spirit among the students of the batch, and consider a distinguished gesture from the seventh batch students who were welcomed by the deanship of the faculty as a distinguished batch since their first days of studying at 21 September University.

At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency the rector of the university, the dean , deputy deans, secretary, staff of the faculty, and the winners of the scientific competition were honored with certificates of appreciation.
