Sana’a – In the presence of His Excellency the rector of the university Professor Mojahed Ali Measar, the final match of the university rector’s second annual championship of ping-pong was held today ( students  group).It was organized by the general management of activities at vice-rectorship for student affairs.

The final match was between Wissam Mahdi ( faculty of medicine) and Rasheed Aslan ( faculty of medical information technology). It ended in  a win for Rasheed Aslan over Wissam Mahdi 2/1 sets. So Rasheed came first and was given the gold medal whereas Wissam came second and was given the silver medal. Baraa Abdulhakeem came third, following a win over Osama Al-Kherbi. The umpire of the game was Mr. Ameer Al-Makrouth.
