● In the presence of His Excellency the rector of the university – head of Supreme Medical Council Professor Mojahed Ali Measar, His Excellency the Prime Minister, Professor Abdul-Aziz Bin Habtoor laid the foundation stone today for the building projects of supreme medical council, Yemeni council for medical and health specialties, and the building of the supreme authority of drugs and medical supplies.

Following laying the foundation stone, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of establishing these projects that are closely linked to the health field, human health, praising the efforts made by the leadership of those institutions to improve the services, supervise the infrastructure, medical staff, and pharmaceutical production.
His Excellency the Prime Minister listened to His Excellency the rector of the university – head of supreme medical council professor Mojahed Ali Measar who explained the components of the project, its annexes, and the expected stages of its completion, stressing that this project will be qualitative in terms of its design style that will contain administrative offices with their annexes, examination halls, and conference halls of various types.

The prime minister was accompanied by the Minister of Public Health and Population Professor Taha Al-Mutawakkil, Professor Mutaia Abu-Oraij vice-rector for academic affairs – assistant secretary-general of Yemeni council for medical and health specialties, assistant secretary-general of the university Mr. Rashad Al-Sanani and a number of officials
