Sana’a -In the presence of His Excellency the rector of the university Professor Mojahed Ali Measar, an important win was achieved by the football team over Sana’a university, by 3/2 goals in the opening match of the sixth winter competitions ( universities group) organized by Al-Wahda club.
So they have finished the first half of the match by scoring 3 goals.
The player Hussien A-Jolea started scoring the first goal in the 8th minute of the match, then the footballer Najmuddeen Dhaein managed to score two consecutive goals. Shortly before the first half finished, the team of Sana’a university had score a goal. They also managed to score the second goal at the beginning of the second half. So,the coach of 21 September university Mr. Ali Al-Nono had to make up new tactical plan through which the team kept winning till the referee whistled and the game ended. Accordingly, they won the game, scoring 3 goals and 2 points.

The match was attended by the assistant secretary general Mr.Rashad Al-Sanani and a number of officials at the university.
