Participants are required to adhere to the following guidelines when preparing for researches/ papers submission to the conference:
- General Requirements:
- Originality: submitted paper must be original, not previously published or presented elsewhere.
- Relevance: topics must be relevant to the fields of medical management and aligned with the conference themes.
- Language: the research/ paper should be written in Arabic or English.
- Copyright: The conference holds publishing rights for accepted papers; and papers authors must acknowledge and comply with this condition.
The abstracts of accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings book, and full papers will be published in the peer-reviewed journal of the Faculty of Medical Management at 21st September University for Medical and Applied Sciences. Researchers can ensure an effective and productive participation in the First International Scientific Conference on Medical Management in Yemen.
Formatting Requirements:
Font:
English: Times New Roman, 12pt (main text), 10pt (footnotes).
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
Line Spacing: 1.5.
Length: Submitted paper should not exceed 30 pages, including references and appendices.
Format: Microsoft Word format, with page numbers.
Research Structure:
Title: Clear, concise, and reflective of the research content.
Abstract: A structured abstract (maximum 250 words) should be in both Arabic and English.
Keywords: 5-7 keywords, following the abstract.
Introduction: includes Contextual background, significance, and objectives of the research.
Methodology: Detailed description of data collection and analysis methods.
Results: Clear and systematic presentation of findings, utilizing tables and figures where appropriate.
Discussion: Interpretation of results in the context of existing literature.
Conclusion: Summary of the research and recommendations.
References: Up-to-date references formatted according to the Harvard referencing style.
Methodological Standards:
Scientific Rigor: Submitted papers must show a clear and rigorous scientific methodology (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods).
Data Quality: Data collection methods must ensure credibility and reliability.
Appropriate Analysis: Employ appropriate data analysis techniques.
Ethical Considerations: Adherence to research ethics, including academic integrity in citation and referencing.
Submission Process:
Registration: Researchers must register via the official conference website and submit their papers in Word format to the following email: (fma@21umas.edu.ye).
Submission Deadline: Papers must be submitted for review no later than the end of Shawwal in the academic year 1446 AH, which corresponds to April 28, 2025.
Evaluation: Papers will be evaluated by a specialized scientific committee, and the authors will be notified of the evaluation results.

Format: If the paper is accepted, the researcher must prepare a presentation (PowerPoint) lasting no longer than 15 minutes.
Language: The presentation can be made in either Arabic or English.
Audience Interaction: The researcher must be prepared to answer questions from the audience after the presentation.
