Sana’a – Under the auspices of His Excellency the rector of the university Professor Mojahed Ali Measar and under the supervision of dean of faculty of laboratory medicine Professor Ibtisam Al-Zabeedi, four graduation projects of fourth batch at faculty of laboratory medicine were discussed today. The projects were reviewed before the committees of discussion and supervision headed by Professor Khaled Al-Moayyed. The projects were entitled as follows:
- Prevalence of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus Aureus among Children with Ear Infection in Sana’a city.
-Assessment of Vitamin B12 Level among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Treated with Metformin in Sana’a city.
- Effect of Occupational Exposure to X-rays on Thyroid Gland among Yemeni Health-Care Workers in Sana’a city.
-Effect of Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs on Serum Gamma Glutamate Transferase and Albumin Levels among Patients with Tuberculosis at National Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Control Program in Sana’a City
To add, The committee appreciated the contents of those projects which reflected the quality of the inputs gained by students during the past four years.
