Sana’a – In the presence of dean of faculty of laboratory medicine Professor Ibtisam Al-Zabeedi,the department of medical training and rehabilitation at continuous learning center, environment deanship, launched today the training program for students of the university in courses of first aid and rapid response. The training program includes 15 courses in which 1100 trainees will join it.

Dr. Yousef Al-Makhrafi, director of the center, pointed out that the program will be implemented upon the directives of His Excellency the rector of the university, stipulating that every student has to study the course of first aid to meet the standards of joining the clinical training. The director also indicated that the center is vested upon its task and responsiblities represented in serving the student and the local community in order to enhance and improve the quality of the outputs of the university through getting them acquire the medical primary skills such as first aid skills.

It is worth mentioning that the courses of the training program, trained by Dr. Majdi Hilpoup, had targeted 60 students, second level, from department of aneasthetics at medical center, environment deanship.
