Sana’a – With an active participation of staff of 21 September university represented by an elite distinguished group headed by dean of center of development and quality assurance Professor Muneer Al-Wissabi, the eighth and ninth courses on developing services and streamlining procedures and the third course on conduct code and work ethics were concluded today at national institute participated by 110 trainees from 19 state institutions.

At the closing ceremony of the courses, the participants were honored with appreciation certificates.
