Sana’a – 21 September University for Medical and Applied Sciences launched today the entrance exam of general system at faculty of clinical pharmacy, for the new academic year 1444 AH.
During his visit to exam halls, the rector of the university, Prof. Mojahed Measar, was briefed on the progress of the exams process, and he heard from the dean of faculty of clinical pharmacy,Dr. Ali Al-Yahwi, an explanation of the progress of the exams for which 264 students, in total, took the exam to compete for 30 seats in the general system.
Professor Measar stressed the university’s keenness to get the entrance exams succeed to ensure competition and provide an opportunity for the best, in light of the university’s adoption of the electronic correction system, which ensures the announcement of the result within hours, indicating that the mechanism for calculating the final result is based on determining 30% of the high school average and 70 percent on the entrance examinations. The rector of the university indicated that the entrance exams are conducted in the different faculties of 21 September University for Medical and Applied Sciences, respectively, according to the systems (general, parallel, and self-funding).
The rector of the university was accompanied by vice rector for student affairs, Prof. Khaled Al-Moayad, a number of faculties’ deans and their deputies, the secretary general, the registrar general , and a number of officials and academics.
