بعد اجتياز برنامج التمريض الجامعي بنجاح، ستكون لدى الخريجين القدرة على

1. استخدام التقييم والتشخيص التمريضي للأفراد والعائلات والمجموعات والمجتمع كأساس لتخطيط وتنفيذ وتقييم الرعاية التمريضية.
2. استخدام التعليم المبني على المشكلات كوسيلة لاكتشاف وتوجيه الرعاية التمريضية.
3. دمج المعلومات المستلمة من التعليم العام ونتائج البحوث والممارسات المبنية على الأدلة والتعليم المبني على المشكلات والنظريات والتكنولوجيا في تنفيذ الدور التمريضي المهني.
4. استخدام الكفاءة الإدارية والمهارة الإشرافية في تنسيق بين التخصصات الطبية المختلفة في أقسام المستشفى وعيادات العيادات الخارجية.
5. إجراء البحوث والدراسات في مجالات مختلفة واستخدام نتائج البحث لتحسين جودة الخدمات الطبية.
6. إظهار التواصل الفعال والمهارة في التعاون مع المرضى وفريق الرعاية الطبية من أجل تحسين خدمات الرعاية الصحية.
7. ممارسة واجباته التمريضية في إطار ميثاق التمريض والسلوك المهني ومعايير الممارسة، وداخل حدود القانون.
