Abstract

Zirconia crowns are widely used in restorative dentistry due to their superior strength and esthetics.
However, zirconia cementation still presents major clinical challenges because of the relatively high incidence of debonding.
Proper surface treatments and the choice of luting agents are critical factors influencing long-term success.
This presentation highlights evidence-based guidelines to overcome these challenges and ensure predictable outcomes in daily clinical practice.
