التخدير العام وعلاقته بالمضاعفات لدى المرضى كبار السن من وجهة نظر كادر التخدير (دراسة ميدانية في مستشفيات صنعاء الحكومية)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة الارتباطية بين التخدير العام والمضاعفات الناتجة عنه لدى المرضى كبار السن (65 عاماً فما فوق)، وذلك من وجهة نظر كادر التخدير العامل في المستشفيات الحكومية بمحافظة صنعاء. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث جُمعت البيانات باستخدام استبيان مغلق وُزِّع على عينة مكونة من (80) فرداً من كوادر التخدير (أخصائيين، مقيمين، وفنيين) في أربعة مستشفيات رئيسة هي: هيئة مستشفى الثورة العام، المستشفى الجمهوري، المستشفى العسكري، ومستشفى الكويت الجامعي. عُولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) عبر التكرارات، النسب المئوية، والمتوسط الحسابي. وأظهرت النتائج إجماعاً كبيراً بنسبة (93%) على أن المسنين هم الفئة الأكثر عرضة لمخاطر التخدير العام مقارنة بالفئات العمرية الأخرى نتيجة للتغيرات الفسيولوجية المرتبطة بالتقدم في السن وتأثير الأمراض المزمنة المصاحبة. وبيّنت الدراسة أن عدم الاستقرار الهيموديناميكي (انخفاض ضغط الدم بنسبة 70%، وتباطؤ ضربات القلب بنسبة 91%) يمثل أبرز التحديات الحرجية داخل غرف العمليات، بالإضافة إلى تحدي فقدان منعكسات المجرى الهوائي بنسبة (70%). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني بروتوكولات تخديرية خاصة بالمسنين تعتمد على ضبط ومعايرة الجرعات المنخفضة بدقة، وحقن العقاقير ببطء شديد، وتكثيف المراقبة اللصيقة في مرحلة ما بعد التخدير لضمان سلامة المرضى.
